Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- In its original condition with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
How to start a return
To start a return, email us at support@royaltyave.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with your return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received is damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 10% of the item price applies to all returns. This fee does not apply to items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need some additional time to process the refund.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at support@royaltyave.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us at support@royaltyave.com with your order number and we will help you find the quickest solution.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it by emailing support@royaltyave.com with your order number. After that, your order has entered processing and can no longer be canceled. You can still return it under this policy once it has been delivered.
